What to do if there is an issue:
If you received an item that is damaged or you received an item that is not as described or the item did not ship after 3 business days.
All purchases made on this site are backed by GITTRS along with PayPal. We will do everything we can to resolve any issues between the Buyer and Seller but our role is as an intermediary only. We do not guarantee any purchase nor do we assume any liability for the seller or their products. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, you should first contact the seller as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery to inform them of the issues. We always recommend contacting the seller first, as most of issues are usually resolved directly between buyers and sellers.
If your item arrives damaged:
Take pictures of any damage or any issues with respect to the item and then message the seller through GITTRS messaging feature. It is important to always go through our site’s messaging service so everyone has a record of the issue.
Both you and/or the seller can file a claim with the shipping company. Be sure to hold on to any packaging materials as well as the box in which the item arrived in. The packaging is usually the best evidence to show if there was damaged sustained during shipping.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the seller to respond to your message. If the seller does not respond within 48 hours contact GITTRS directly using the chat box or the “contact us” email.
- If you need to return the item just click on “returns” and wait to receive return of item instructions. Once the return is approved, you will receive an email with specific instructions. Follow the instructions as indicated. Once the item is back in the seller’s possession your refund should be initiated within 48 hours.
NOTE: If the seller does not respond within 48 hours of receiving the item, you can file a dispute through PayPal and/or message GITTRS for further assistance.
If your item is not as described:
Message the seller through GITTRS messaging feature and describe how the item is not as it was described on the site. It is important to always go through the sites messaging feature so everyone has a record of the issue.

If the seller responds but you and the seller are unable to resolve the issue, contact GITTRS directly using the chat box or the “contact us” email. We will make every effort to intervene and attempt to resolve the issue.

If you purchase an item and it didn’t ship out after 3 business days:
GITTRS allows three (3) business days for an item to ship. Tracking numbers are provided to track your item. If you have not received confirmation that your item has shipped within three (3) business days, contact the seller through our messaging feature for a status update. In the event the seller still does not respond, contact GITTRS directly to allow us to intervene on your behalf.
